Circle Public Schools established a trademark for the Circle Thunderbird on July 1st, 2017. It is our intent that this trademark will provide consistency and quality to products that use the Thunderbird logo.

As Circle Public School District grows, so has the interest in creating spirit apparel. The trademark license agreement is not intended to restrict those opportunities, but to maintain oversight of its use and the quality of products bearing the Thunderbird trademark.

Schools, teachers & staff, district groups, and affiliated groups may use the Thunderbird logo as outlined below (see Thunderbird Trademark Usage).

Circle Public Schools requires vendors both creating products for district groups & selling products that use the Thunderbird trademark to apply for and enter into a trademark license agreement with the school district.

We appreciate your support of Circle Public Schools and would be glad to answer questions regarding license agreements. Feel free to contact Sara Potter, the Director of Community Relations and Development at (316) 541-2577 or spotter@usd375.org.
