Megan Eldridge, Director of Curriculum & Intervention

Circle Public Schools is pleased to announce Megan Eldridge as the new Director of Curriculum and Intervention. With a career that began in 2011 at Jefferson Elementary in El Dorado, Kansas, Megan brings extensive experience and dedication to her new role.

Megan has worked in various roles from 1st to 3rd grade over the past twelve years and holds a Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). She is excited to continue her career in USD 375 and contribute to the district's success.

Her classroom experience has given her deep insights into the challenges and rewards of teaching. Megan values the dedication and compassion needed for educational success and looks forward to continuing to inspire a love of learning in her new position.

Megan is committed to enhancing the district's strengths, with a special focus on the Professional Learning Community (PLC) initiative. She sees PLC as a model of collaborative excellence, fostering positivity in every classroom and student journey. Megan is eager to learn more about this process and work with her colleagues.

In her new role, Megan aims to build meaningful relationships with the talented and passionate educators in USD 375. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to grow and learn together with them.

Outside of her professional life, Megan's family is her greatest blessing. She and her husband, Cale, are proud parents of two children.
