On Friday, December 9th Circle Public Schools invites our community to attend a "Topping Out" celebration for the new Circle Benton Elementary!
Placing the last beam is a major milestone in the building process, often celebrated with a topping out ceremony acknowledging the efforts of our community, the construction team, and the future of Circle Benton Elementary.
The last beam will be signed by the students and staff of CBE, USD 375 board members, and our community members. As a part of the ceremony, the beam will have a small tree & the American flag. The tree is common in the steel trade, celebrating a successful build and is a symbol of good luck for future building occupants.
Join us in signing the last steel beam placed in the new building from 1:45 pm to 2:00 pm, and stay for the Topping Out celebration to set the beam in place at 2:00 pm.
