Please see the Immunization Requirements for the 2020-2021 school year. Please note, there are NEW REQUIREMENTS for all K-3rd, 7th-8th, and 11th-12th grade students. Proof of all required immunizations is due in your school office by the first day of school. When entering USD 375 buildings you will soon see self-screening posters with QR Codes.
Before entering, please use your phone's camera (iPhone) or QR reader software to scan the code & complete the Google Form.
Contact tracing for possible COVID exposure in a USD 375 building will begin via the Butler County Health Department. See USD 375’s Navigating Change for more detailed information!
The goal at USD 375 is for 100%, in-person learning. Working in conjunction with KDHE, Circle schools will operate on a three-mode learning continuum consisting of in-person, hybrid, and remote learning. See USD 375’s Navigating Change for more information.
The fourth alternative learning choice available to Circle students this year is Virtual, Orion. See USD 375’s Navigating Change or contact your school for more information about your alternative learning choices for 2020-21!
The second and third alternative learning choices available to Circle students this year are Remote, USD 375 teacher & Remote, Edgenuity. Receive instruction at home while staying in contact with Circle teachers! See USD 375’s Navigating Change for more information!
One Alternative Learning Option available to Circle students this year is HYBRID, PARENT CHOICE. Families will collaborate with schools to create a consistent schedule of in-person and remote classes for their student. See USD 375’s Navigating Change for more information!

The health and safety of our students, staff, and families is our most important goal as we move forward together. This survey is being used to collect information about your current comfort level in sending your child/children to school on September 8th, 2020. This information will allow us to plan effectively for your student.
