Circle USD 375 is looking to fill the following positions:
Classified Openings:
- 6hr Food Service Assistant a Circle Benton Elementary
- 8hr Custodian 3:00pm-11:30pm at Circle High School-3 positions available
- 8hr Custodian 3:00pm-11:30pm at Circle Greenwich Elementary
- 4hr Custodian at CIrcle Towanda Elementary-Primary
- 3.25hr Aide at Circle High School
- 5.5hr Aide at Circle Oil Hill Elementary
- 7hr School Health Aide
Must be willing to learn, assist, and be delegated to in regards to:
*Minor first aid on students and employees
*Crisis Management (Emergency administration of Epi-pen, Diastat, and Solucortef), CPR, AED and the ability to react calmly, quickly, and decisively in a crisis.
*Medication administration (Daily and as needed meds including oral, inhaled, topical etc.)
*Diabetes management, seizure protocol, other delegatable tasks as defined as a UAP, etc.
*Assistance with hearing, vision, and dental screenings and documentation of all.
*Data entry/Record Keeping in PowerSchool and other Google Documents and Google Sheets
*Strong communication skills with each School Nurse, building administrators, staff, students and parents.
*Ability to notify each School Nurse regarding student health status, changes in condition, concerns, medication changes, etc.
*Ability to only practice within the scope of practice of an UAP (Unlicensed Authorized Personnel).(Exhibits knowledge of job limitations and accepts supervision as necessary.)
*Familiarity with Kansas Immunization Requirements, common vaccines, and alternatives to immunization.
*Accurate and timely documentation
*Maintain HIPPA confidentiality in regards to students and staff
*Familiarity with the Circle USD 375 Health Policy
*Familiarity with the Health portion of the Navigating Change document in relation to COVID-19
*Maintain infection control measures and proper use of PPE.
*Travel to multiple school buildings in the district during the week.

- Head Wrestling Coach at Circle High School
- Head Boys Tennis Coach at Circle High School
- Assistant Girls Soccer Coach at Circle High School
