Please see the Immunization Requirements for the 2020-2021 school year. Please note, there are NEW REQUIREMENTS for all K-3rd, 7th-8th, and 11th-12th grade students. Proof of all required immunizations is due in your school office by the first day of school. If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your school nurse or e-mail mswift@usd375.org for further guidance.

Be on the lookout for a Signup Genius to sign up for a time to drop off supplies and meet your teacher. This will take place on September 3rd from noon to 6pm.

CGE: The second and third alternative learning choices available to Circle students this year are Remote, USD 375 teacher & Remote, Edgenuity. Receive instruction at home while staying in contact with Circle teachers! See USD 375’s Navigating Change for more information!

Don't forget- Online Enrollment is open!! If your student is planning to return to Circle regardless of the mode of instruction, please complete the online enrollment process as soon as possible. You may contact your child's school if you have any questions. #thrivein375

The following is a message from our PTO. Hello CGE Parents, Our first PTO Meeting was scheduled to be held next Monday, August 3rd. We have pushed this meeting back to August 31st at 6:30pm. It is unclear if this meeting will be held via Zoom or in the Art and Science Room. We will keep you posted for details! CGE PTO NEEDS YOU! Mode of Instruction Survey: The health and safety of our students, staff, and families is our most important goal as we move forward together. This survey is being used to collect information about your current comfort level in sending your child/children to school on September 8th, 2020. This information will allow us to plan effectively for your student. Online enrollment begins July 29th for existing families. A communication will be sent to all parents and located on the website as well as our social media outlets. New Student enrollment begins August 3rd from 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. You may email or call the office to begin that process. Kindergarten Orientation is August 6th. Check with the office if you have not been assigned a time slot.

The state of Kansas has just made this document public. It is the official guide for districts to use to devise a plan for reopening schools. The USD375 Task Force is devising our plan as we speak. Dear parents, I am sure you are all asking the same questions that our teachers and staff have been asking. We all have the same question, “​What will school look like in August ​ ”? We don’t have the answer yet, but in order to start answering this question, we, as a district, have created a task force to delve into the many facets of the educational system to ensure students and staff can safely return to school in August. This task force is comprised of a number of classified and certified staff members, parents, as well as educational and health experts from our area and some from the surrounding area. We will be referring to the KSDE guidance document to determine which resources are the best fit for Circle and how to incorporate them into our daily protocols. Our task force created subcommittees to look at various modes of instruction~ Face to face, hybrid, remote learning, and virtual learning. We want to clarify that the remote learning we provide ​will not ​ look like it did in the spring. While the spring plan was beneficial for the end of the year, it was an example of a plan put together in the face of a true pandemic with no time to plan. Our intent is to build on what we learned and create a program that will help our students THRIVE. I want to assure you that whatever form the upcoming school year takes, this committee is committed to providing a safe and quality education to your child(ren) for the upcoming school year. In the video, Mr. Potter will address state guidelines sent to him last week as well as how the district is planning to move forward in an effort to provide our kids with the best possible education during these trying times.
