Please see the Immunization Requirements for the 2020-2021 school year. Please note, there are NEW REQUIREMENTS for all K-3rd, 7th-8th, and 11th-12th grade students. Proof of all required immunizations is due in your school office by the first day of school. If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your school nurse or e-mail mswift@usd375.org for further guidance.
When entering Oil Hill you will notice posters with QR codes. Before entering, please use your phone's camera (iPhone) or QR reader software to scan the code and complete the Google form.
It is that to time to enroll your child/children. Thanks to those who have already completed your enrollment!! Call 321-9515 if you have questions. The office is closed on Fridays during the month of August. Office hours next week will be from 8:00-12:00.
Don't forget- Online Enrollment is open!! If your student is planning to return to Circle regardless of the mode of instruction, please complete the online enrollment process as soon as possible. You may contact your child's school if you have any questions. #thrivein375
What does it mean if you give a mouse a cookie? Our future Kindergarten students found out yesterday. We held a modified kindergarten screening and let me say, it was AMAZING! All the children came in with smiles, giggles and masks!
Parents, we cannot tell you what our exact days will be like but we can tell you that we will love your children, as we always have. We won’t just protect them from the virus, we’ll do our best to protect them from falls and scrapes as well as help them figure out a resolution to their conflict.
Thank you parents for bringing them to us, if even for a short time. We miss "our kids"

ATTENTION NEW CIRCLE FAMILIES
Monday, August 3rd, is our enrollment day for any new families that have moved into our district. Due to COVID restrictions, please call our office (321-9515) to set up an appointment so we can safely enroll your family. Please help us spread the word if you know of any families that have moved into our district. Our hours Monday are 10 - 6 pm. We are also requesting you wear a mask on Circle property.

This survey is being used to collect information about your current comfort level in sending your child/children to school on September 8th, 2020. This information will allow us to plan effectively for your student.

Yesterday our Superintendent sent out an email regarding the opening of school. We are learning that the emails did not like some gmail accounts.
